Bowman Layer Onlay Graft for Recurrent Corneal Erosions in Map–Dot–Fingerprint Dystrophy

Conclusions: In the described case, the transplantation of an isolated BL graft as an onlay proved to be an effective treatment for painful chronic recurrent erosions in the context of map–dot–fingerprint dystrophy in a patient who had undergone numerous unsuccessful previous treatments.
