Unusual Presentation of Acute Hydroxychloroquine Retinopathy

CONCLUSIONS AND IMPORTANCE: Although rare, acute hydroxychloroquine maculopathy could occur in patients with concomitant usage of medications that could interfere with P450 enzymes system.
