Trigeminal Neuralgia Following A Telephone-Mediated Lightning Injury (P3.317)

CONCLUSION: We report what to our knowledge is the first case of trigeminal neuralgia induced by lightning injury to the trigeminal nerve. Specifically, the prominent ipsilateral vasomotor and lacrimal features accompanying trigeminal distribution pain in this case are consistent with trigeminal autonomic cephalalgia.Disclosure: Dr. Lopez has nothing to disclose.
