Prevent 2nd Stroke: a pilot study of an online secondary prevention program for stroke survivors.

Association between dietary patterns and stroke in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in China: a propensity score-matched analysis
CONCLUSION: This study provides sufficient evidence to support the dietary intervention strategies to prevent stroke effectively. Red meat consumption, incident cardiovascular disease, and the influence of dietary quality in the Jackson Heart Study
CONCLUSIONS: In this cohort of African American adults, total and processed meat were not associated with CVD outcomes, with the exception that unprocessed red meat was related to greater stroke risk. Dietary quality did not modfiy these associations. Water intake from foods and beverages and risk of mortality from CVD: the Japan Collaborative Cohort (JACC) Study.

Eating habits in the population of the Aeolian Islands: an observational study.
CONCLUSIONS: Study findings show the eating habits and health status of the Aeolian people in an interesting setting of low incidence of cerebrovascular disease.
