Cerebrospinal Fluid Flow Analysis in Tuberculous Meningitis Using Phase Contrast Technique on 3 Tesla MRI: A New Paradigm and Our Initial Experience
Conclusion: PC-MRI is a sensitive technique to analyze altered CSF flow dynamics in tuberculous meningitis patients. This is a useful adjunct in imaging these patients to extract both the qualitative and quantitative information about CSF flow for comprehensive evaluation.

266 A drowsy patient: beyond the familiar territory
A 72-year-old man was brought to the hospital after he was found unresponsive at home by his wife who reported that he has been sleepy in the last few days. He has a background of hypertension, myocardial infarct, and osteoarthritis. His medications include anti-hypertensive and morphine sulphate. On examination, he was drowsy with GCS fluctuating between 9–11 but maintaining his airways. He was moving all four limbs; pupils were small and unequal but reactive to light. Cerebral venous thrombosis revealing neurosyphilis
CONCLUSION: Cerebral venous thrombosis in neurosyphilis is a poorly described entity. This case report confirms the status of great simulator of syphilis. Epidemiology, investigation, management, and outcome  of headache in emergency departments (HEAD study)-A multinational observational study
CONCLUSION: Diagnosis and management of headache in the ED is challenging. A small group of patients have a serious secondary cause for their symptoms. There is wide variation in the use of neuroimaging and treatments.
