Acupuncture Alters Brain's Dynamic Functional Network Connectivity in Stroke Patients with Motor Dysfunction: A Randomised Controlled Neuroimaging Trial
CONCLUSIONS: Acupuncture has the potential to modulate abnormal temporal properties and promote the balance of separation and integration of brain function. True acupoint stimulation may have a more positive effect on regulating the brain's dynamic function. Clinical Trial Registration. This trial is registered with Chinese Clinical Trials Registry (ChiCTR1800016263).PMID:37383656 | PMC:PMC10299883 | DOI:10.1155/2023/8510213

Comparison of diffusion weighted imaging b0 with T2*-weighted gradient echo or susceptibility weighted imaging for intracranial hemorrhage detection after reperfusion therapy for ischemic stroke
ConclusionDWI b0 is inferior for detection of ICH compared to T2*GRE/SWI, especially for smaller and more subtle hemorrhages. Follow-up MRI protocols should include T2*GRE/SWI for detection of ICH after reperfusion therapy.

Reduction of scan duration and radiation dose in cerebral CT perfusion imaging of acute stroke using a recurrent neural network
This study suggests that a recurrent VAE-GAN could potentially be used to predict a portion of CTP frames from truncated acquisitions, preserving the majority of clinical content in the images, and potentially reducing the scan duration and radiation dose simultaneously by 65% and 54.5%, respectively. &#xD.PMID:37327792 | DOI:10.1088/1361-6560/acdf3a
