Diabetes mellitus and functional limitations among older adults: Evidence from a large, representative Ghanaian aging study
CONCLUSIONS: In this representative study, older adults with DM showed higher odds for FL, and this association was partially explained by physical activity and health variables. Herpes Zoster Ophthalmicus Discovered During Pain Consult Possibly Complicated With Dural Sinus Thrombosis and Refractory Headache Managed With Ketamine: A Case Report
In this report, we present the case of a 51-year-old male with severe headache and imaging findings of dural sinus thrombosis. He was later diagnosed with herpes zoster ophthalmicus and required aggressive inpatient management of neuropathic pain.
