Relationship between MTHFR C677T, homocysteine, and ischemic stroke in a large sample of the Han Chinese population
Ischemic stroke, one of the prevalent causes of death and disability worldwide, is linked to environmental and genetic factors, including polymorphisms in the methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase (MTHFR) gene involved in homocysteine metabolism. The present study aimed to explore the relationship between the MTHFR C677T variant, plasma homocysteine, and risk of developing large-artery atherosclerotic ischemic stroke (LAAIS) among Han Chinese.

Effects of heavy metals in acute ischemic stroke patients: A cross-sectional study
Cerebrovascular disease is the second commonest cause of mortality globally and among the commonest causes of disability. However, research executed to probe the heavy metal exposure–stroke incidence relationship is scarce. Effectiveness of non-pharmacological interventions for treating post-stroke depression: Study protocol of an umbrella review of systematic reviews and meta-analyses

Efficacy and safety of clopidogrel and/or aspirin for ischemic stroke/transient ischemic attack: An overview of systematic reviews and meta-analysis

Cystatin C predicts the risk of incident cerebrovascular disease in the elderly: A meta-analysis on survival date studies

Determinants of life satisfaction among stroke survivors 1 year post stroke

Chinese herbal injections combined with rt-PA intravenous thrombolysis for acute ischemic stroke: A systematic review and meta-analysis protocol
