Current practice of outpatient rehabilitation services in patients with mobility-impaired paralysis due to stroke or spinal cord injury: a qualitative interview study in Germany
CONCLUSION: Areas of improvement identified focused on: setting rehabilitation goals towards participation, training therapists on evidence-based treatments and shared decision-making, updating the outpatient service catalogue, and implementing coordination actions. Knowledge and awareness of stroke and associated factors in the Saudi general population: a cross-sectional study
ConclusionOur study revealed that participants have good knowledge about stroke. Nonetheless, further efforts are required to raise awareness and educate the public to optimize and ensure better treatment outcomes.

Transport use limitations and its association with social participation among patients with stroke living in rural India
CONCLUSIONS: Independent use of different modes of transport, particularly public transportation, reduced among rural Indian stroke survivors. Protein kinase D2 confers neuroprotection by promoting AKT and CREB activation in ischemic stroke

Conclusion: Renal dysfunction is a frequent comorbidity in patients who are admitted with the diagnosis of acute stroke and had a higher mortality rate than stroke patients with normal renal function.
