Effects of atorvastatin and aspirin on post-stroke epilepsy and usage of levetiracetam
Conclusion:
Atorvastatin and aspirin co-treatment with levetiracetam can reduce epilepsy in PSE patients and reduce the dosage of levetiracetam required for effective control of PSE.

Efficacy and safety of different doses of tenecteplase for the treatment of acute ischemic stroke: A protocol for a systematic review and network meta-analysis
Discussion:
Our systematic review and network meta-analysis will generate several valuable findings and have several strengths including:
1.a systematic search string;2.predesigned criteria for subgroup analysis;3.determination of level of evidence with the GRADE system; and4.graphic illustration of numerical results.
We therefore believe that findings from this network meta-analysis will benefit future study design and improve evidence-based treatment of AIS.

Japanese encephalitis (JE) mimicking acute ischemic stroke: A case report
Conclusion:

Bilateral vertebral artery dissection complicated by posterior circulation stroke in a young man: A case report
Conclusion:
VAD should be taken into consideration in differential diagnosis of posterior circulation stroke or transient ischemic attack in young patients. Intravenous thrombolytic therapy may be safe and effective for stroke-complicated cases. This case report demonstrates that expanded diagnostic protocol for acute ischemic stroke assures rapid and correct diagnosis.
