Therapists' perspectives on adapting the Stepping On falls prevention programme for community-dwelling stroke survivors in Singapore.
CONCLUSIONS: Rehabilitation therapists describe challenges in addressing fall prevention within a stroke context, and findings highlight the need for a structured, stroke-specific fall prevention programme rather than a more general approach to education and training. The use of virtual reality-based therapy to augment poststroke upper limb recovery.

This case report illustrates the complementary use of biomechanical and kinematic in-game markers, in addition to standard clinical outcomes, to comprehensively assess and track a patient's disabilities.
