Neurointerventional management in web vessels (P5.279)
Conclusions:Although few cases are reported in the literature, the stroke rate is high in this group of patients. Therefore all patients with this diagnosis must be treated. Conclusions— Urgent carotid endarterectomy or carotid artery stenting after thrombolysis for stroke may be safe without increased risk of serious complications.

Hemodynamic depression in carotid artery stent without angioplasty.
CONCLUSION. The incidence of hemodynamic depression is low when carotid stenting procedure is performed without balloon angioplasty. The incidence of neurological complications post procedure was also low. This report highlights the need for performing randomized trials comparing both techniques.
