Underutilization of warfarin for stroke prophylaxis in patients with atrial fibrillation or atrial flutter in Korea.
CONCLUSIONS: A high portion of AF/AFL patients with CHADS2 score ≥2 were undertreated with warfarin. Processes and outcomes of ischemic stroke care: the influence of hospital level of care
Conclusions Outcomes among patients with ischemic stroke can be improved by thrombolytic therapy, antithrombotic therapy, statin treatment and rehabilitation assessment. Among patients with ischemic stroke, admission to designated stroke center hospitals may be associated with lower mortality through better processes of care.

Code stroke: A mismatch between number of activation and number of thrombolysis.
CONCLUSION: The majority of code stroke patients were stroke patients; however, most of them could not be treated with thrombolytic therapy. Identifying Barriers in Acute Stroke Therapy in Argentina. ARENAS Registry (P2.014)
