Discussion During fetal development, the heart primum and secundum septa grow and overlap leaving a small but important channel between the two atria. The foramen ovale is a flap valve moving blood from the right atrium into the left atrium directly and bypassing the high pressure pulmonary system. After birth and breathing air, the neonate’s lungs open up and the pulmonary vascular resistance decreases. Spontaneous Spinal Epidural Hematoma in an Adult Patient with Complex Congenital Heart Disease
We report the case of a 27-year-old man who developed sudden upper back pain with no specific precipitant. Five days later, he visited our emergency department complaining of weakness in both lower limbs and dysuria. He had a history of intracardiac repair and a Blalock-Park procedure for an interrupted aortic arch and ventricular septal defect in infancy. Right mini ‐thoracotomy approach for grown‐up congenital heart disease
ConclusionsRight mini ‐thoracotomy cardiac surgery in selected patients with GUCH allows to avoid the big scar of the sternotomy approach and to accelerate the recovery in a young population. Moreover, in redo cases, it allows the surgeon to reach the heart and the aorta avoiding the well‐known risks of a re‐sterno tomy procedure.

ConclusionsECMO can be used as a bridge to heart valve or septal defect surgery in severely decompensated patients. Through recovery of end-organ function, ECMO may allow surgical correction of structural heart disease in patients considered inoperable or convert a salvage situation to an elective operation.

Ebstein's anomaly in adults: Modified cone reconstruction of the tricuspid valve is associated with promising outcomes.
CONCLUSION: The cone repair of the tricuspid valve in adults with Ebstein's anomaly provided excellent mid-term results and significantly improved functional status.
