Comparison of short-term clinical outcomes between low-dose prasugrel and clopidogrel as part of triple antithrombotic therapy in patients requiring oral anticoagulant therapy and percutaneous coronary intervention
ConclusionsCombination of low-dose prasugrel and DOAC was associated with lower incidence of MI, ischemic stroke, and blood transfusion. Low-dose prasugrel may be feasible as part of triple therapy in patients undergoing PCI.

This study was conducted to clarify CV and bleeding events in Japanese aspirin users with a history of CV diseases. This study was a prospective, nationwide, multicenter cooperative registry of Japanese patients with CV diseases at risk of thromboembolism who were taking aspirin (75–325 mg) for at least 1 year. We observed major CV and bleeding events during follow-up. Long-Term Clinical Outcome of Drug-Eluting vs. Bare-Metal Stent Implantation After Percutaneous Coronary Intervention in End-Stage Renal Disease Patients on Hemodialysis 　- Nationwide Cohort Study in Taiwan.
