Two cases of rt-PA with dual antiplatelet therapies with capsular warning syndrome
Rationale:
Capsular warning syndrome (CWS) is a term to describe stereotyped lacunar transient ischemic attacks (TIAs). Patients with CWS are at high risk of developing completed stroke. However, the exact pathophysiology of CWS is still unclear, and there is no conclusive clinical strategy for CWS patients.
Patient symptoms:
Two cases of middle-aged men with hypertension, hyperlipidemia, and diabetes mellitus presented with fluctuating right-sided weakness, numbness, and dysarthria.

Implementing the PREP2 algorithm to predict upper limb recovery potential after stroke in clinical practice: a qualitative study.
CONCLUSIONS: The PREP2 prediction tool was successfully implemented in clinical practice at ADHB. Barriers and facilitators to implementation success were identified, and implementation strategies were described. Lessons learned can aid future development and implementation of prediction models in clinical practice.

Movement Matters, and So Does Context: Lessons Learned from Multisite Implementation of the Movement Matters Activity Program for Stroke in the COMPASS Study
The purpose of this Special Communication is to discuss the rationale and design of the Movement Matters Activity Program for Stroke (MMAP) and explore implementation successes and challenges in home health and outpatient therapy practices across the stroke belt state of North Carolina. MMAP is an interventional component of the COMprehensive Post-Acute Stroke Services (COMPASS) Study, a randomized multicenter pragmatic trial of stroke transitional care. MMAP was designed to maximize survivor health, recovery, and functional independence in the community and to promote evidence-based rehabilitative care.

Perioperative stroke remains one of the most dreaded complications following coronary artery bypass grafting. Shivering is an important physiological response of the body that causes muscle tremors to maintain temperature homeostasis.
