Suppression of Autophagy Can Augment PIK3 Inhibitor Induced Apoptosis in T Lymphoblastic Leukemia Cell Lines
CONCLUSIONS: The results demonstrated that 3-MA could suppress PI3K inhibitor-mediated activation of autophagy to promote the apoptosis of tumor cells.
