Non-canonical TSHR signaling activation increases cell mobility and dedifferentiation of thyroid cancer
Conclusions: Our results elucidate non-canonical activation of TSH-TSHR signaling and its role in increasing cell mobility and dedifferentiation in thyroid cancer through crosstalk with PI3K/AKT/mTOR signaling.

Effects of RNAi Silencing CITED1 Gene on Biological Function of Thyroid Carcinoma Cell Line K1
Conclusions: CITED1 gene may affect the occurrence and development of thyroid papillary cancer by promoting tumor cell proliferation and migration, and inhibiting apoptosis. Key words: CITED1, K1, RNAi, apoptosis, proliferation

Role of Adenine Nucleotide Translocase2 on the 18F-FDG uptake and differentiation in cancer
Conclusion: ANT2 expression correlated with FDG uptake in the various cancer cell lines. Higher level of ANT2 expression was observed in dedifferentiated cancer, and this indicates that ANT2 can be used as a marker of malignancy in various cancer. Research Support:

Expression of adenine nucleotide translocase2 regulates 18F-FDG accumulation in thyroid cancer cells
Conclusions We showed that ANT2 expression is related with FDG uptake in the thyroid carcinoma cells by modulating ANT2 expression. Also we showed correlation between ANT2 expression and thyroid cancer stage. Our result suggests that the evaluation of ANT2 expression can be used as a possible prognostic marker for FDG PET positive tumor.
