Evaluation of 18 FF-DPA as a target for TSPO in head and neck cancer under normal conditions and after radiotherapy
Conclusions[18F]F-DPA can detect changes in TSPO expression levels after RT in HNSCC, which does not seem to reflect inflammation. Further studies are however needed to clarify the physiological mechanisms regulated by TSPO after RT.

The preclinical characterization of 18FhGTS13 for imaging of xC- transporter activity
Conclusion: [18F]hGTS13 is a novel radiotracer for measuring xC- transporter activity. It showed high and specific uptake in cell assays with A549 and H460 cells. [18F]hGTS13 showed significantly lower uptake in activated T cells compared to [18F]FSPG. PET/CT imaging of [18F]hGTS13 in H460 tumor bearing rats revealed significantly higher tumor uptake than [18F]FSPG.

Increased 18F-FDGuptake on PET in hepatocellular carcinoma is associated with level ofPDL1 expression that regulated by beta-catenin
Conclusion: The above results demonstrate that 18F-FDG PET/CT is closely related to the expression of PDL1 in HCC, and it is an important criterion that not only predicts the anti-cancer response of anti-PDL1 immunotherapy through that 18F-FDG PET/CT but also reflects the prognosis Research Support: This work was supported by a National Research Foundation of Korea (NRF) grant funded by the Korean government (MSIP) (No. NRF-2011-0030086) and and was supported by the National Research Foundation of Korea (NRF) grant funded by the Korea government (MSIP) (NRF-2016R1E1A1A01943303) and h was supported by the Basic Science Rese...

Expression of adenine nucleotide translocase2 regulates 18F-FDG accumulation in thyroid cancer cells
Conclusions We showed that ANT2 expression is related with FDG uptake in the thyroid carcinoma cells by modulating ANT2 expression. Also we showed correlation between ANT2 expression and thyroid cancer stage. Our result suggests that the evaluation of ANT2 expression can be used as a possible prognostic marker for FDG PET positive tumor.

The role of monocarboxylate transpoter 1 to uptake acetate in low glycolytic hepatocellular carcinoma cell line HepG2 cells
Conclusions Our data demonstrate that acetate was supported to HCC cells through MCT1 specifically in the low glycolytic cancer cells, and high MCT1 expression is related with low glycolytic phenotype cancer that would be the therapeutic target or diagnosis probe for low glycolytic cancers.
