Differential expression of < em > COL4A3 < /em > and collagen in upward and downward progressing types of nasopharyngeal carcinoma
In conclusion, the gene mutation patterns were significantly different between the upward and downward progressing types of NPC. Long non-coding RNA CRNDE regulates cell proliferation, migration, invasion, epithelial-mesenchymal transition and apoptosis in oral squamous cell carcinoma.
