In conclusion, this study is of great significance for understanding the role of the NLRP3-caspase-1-IL-1β/ pyroptosis signaling pathway in the occurrence and development of RA. Zinc finger protein A20 regulates the development and progression of osteoarthritis by affecting the activity of NF- κB p65
