Management of patients with low back pain admitted to hospital: An observational study of usual care
ConclusionsWe noted relatively high rates of concomitant use of sedating pain medicines and referrals for advanced lumbar imaging and laboratory tests. Strategies to address these issues in inpatient care of low back pain are needed.

Mitochondrial neurogastrointestinal encephalomyopathy in a Pakistani female: a case report  
ConclusionsAs misdiagnosis and delayed diagnosis are quite common in this disease, the prime objective of this case report is to increase the basic understanding of this disease, especially its signs and symptoms, and address the limitations regarding the diagnostic investigations and management of patients with mitochondrial neurogastrointestinal encephalopathy.

Does arthroscopic lysis and lavage in subjects with Wilkes III internal derangement reduce pain?
ConclusionIn this study, the authors confirmed that ASC-L is an effective therapeutic method in patients with WIII, from both clinical and subjective perspectives. This work demonstrated that improvement in patients with Wilkes stage III is not related to disc reposition. Postoperative physiotherapy is an integral component of ASC-L and is reflected in the final results.

Desmoid fibromatosis presenting as lateral hip pain in an outpatient physical therapy clinic: A case report
CONCLUSION: This case demonstrates a thorough differential diagnostic process leading to medical imaging referral in a patient with a non-musculoskeletal source of pain. Sequential neural activity in sensorimotor area and mirror neural system for graded mirror therapy with imagined hand movements
CONCLUSIONS: We suggest that graded MT might be a sequential therapeutic program that can enhance the sensorimotor cortex. The MNS might have an initiating role in graded MT.
