Maternal and neonatal complications in women with congenital heart disease: a nationwide analysis
ConclusionsThis population-based study illustrates a reassuringly low maternal mortality rate in a highly developed healthcare system. Nevertheless, maternal morbidity and neonatal morbidity/mortality were significantly increased in women with ACHD and their offspring compared to non-ACHD controls highlighting the need of specialized care and pre-pregnancy counselling.

Impact of Non-Vitamin K Antagonist Oral Anticoagulants on the Change of Antithrombotic Regimens in Patients with Atrial Fibrillation Undergoing Percutaneous Coronary Intervention
CONCLUSION: Since the introduction of NOACs, the patterns of periprocedural antithrombotic regimens have changed rapidly toward more use of TAT, specifically with NOAC-based regimen. CONCLUSIONS: Introduction of NOACs in routine practice for stroke prevention in AF was associated with improved rates of overall OAC use. Use of oral anticoagulants in the treatment of non-valvular atrial fibrillation in France: Patient characteristics from the NAXOS cohort study
ConclusionsThe NAXOS study confirms the widespread use of OAC treatments in France, suggesting differences between cohorts for age, gender and comorbidities. Thanks to large cohort sizes and prolonged follow-up, longitudinal analyses will allow assessment of real-life effects of OAC therapy in NVAF.

Prevalence of Non-valvular Atrial Fibrillation Based on Geographical Distribution and Socioeconomic Status in the Entire Korean Population.
CONCLUSIONS: Geographical location of residence and income levels were closely associated with the prevalence of AF and antithrombotic therapy utilization.
