Effects of digital-based interventions on muscular strength in adults: a systematic review, meta-analysis and meta-regression of randomized controlled trials with quality of evidence assessment
CONCLUSIONS: Overall, DBI may serve as an effective method to improve measures of strength in adults, regardless of their health status as well as the type of digital device, the presence of human-computer interaction, and the age of participants. Assessment of dizziness in neurology
Dizziness and vertigo are common symptoms. In acute vertigo, expert clinical assessment is critically important in discerning stroke from non-stroke causes because the results of stroke-protocol brain magnetic resonance imaging, including diffusion-weighted imaging, can be falsely negative in the first 24 hours. It follows that acute medical services must have access to clinicians expert in assessing acute vertigo. Expertise in clinical examination and interpretation of the findings requires appropriate training, but here we outline the basic diagnostic and therapeutic approach to patients with dizziness.

A meta-analysis of the effect of nape acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of dysphagia after stroke
Conclusions: This Meta-analysis suggested that nape acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training is more effective in the treatment of dysphagia after stroke than rehabilitation alone.

Feasibility of dance therapy using telerehabilitation on trunk control and balance training in patients with stroke: A pilot study
Conclusion: Dance therapy using telerehabilitation significantly improved the TIS scores in the experimental group and was not inferior to conventional rehabilitation treatment when compared in a non-inferiority test. The remote dance program may therefore have similar effects to those of conventional treatment regarding trunk-control improvement in patients with stroke.
