Temporal trends and patterns in percutaneous treatment of coronary artery disease in Poland in the years 2005-2011.
CONCLUSIONS: Use of modern attributes of interventional cardiology like DES stents, radial approach and treatment of higher risk patients has increased in Poland in 2005 to 2011. Ability to Suppress TGF- β-Activated Myofibroblast Differentiation Distinguishes the Anti-pulmonary Fibrosis Efficacy of Two Danshen-Containing Chinese Herbal Medicine Prescriptions
Conclusion: This study suggests that a clinically efficacious cardiovascular Chinese herbal medicine (DLP) can be successfully repurposed to treat a lung disease in pulmonary fibrosis guided by TCM theory. Our comparative study between DLP and DHP demonstrated a critical requirement of suppressing both pro-inflammatory and pro-fibrotic pathways for the treatment of pulmonary fibrosis, supporting that a multi-component prescription capable of “removing both phlegm and blood stasis” will better achieve co-protection of heart and lung in PHD. Long-term clinical outcomes in patients with unstable angina undergoing percutaneous coronary interventions in a contemporary registry data from Poland
Conclusion Three-year prognosis in unstable angina was considerable better in comparison with NSTEMI. On the contrary, after adjustment for baseline differences, the outcomes (death, MI, MACE) in unstable angina and stable angina patients were comparable.

A comparison of clinical characteristics, the in-hospital course, and 12-month prognosis in women and men with chronic coronary syndromes.
Conclusions: Women and men with CCS differ in the incidence of risk factors and revascularization treatments. Men were found to have a higher frequency of 12-month death and composite endpoint follow-up. However, sex is not independent predictor of 12-month outcomes. Safety and feasibility of minimally invasive coronary artery bypass surgery early after drug eluting stent implantation due to acute coronary syndrome
