Effect of anticoagulant therapy in COVID-19 patients
CONCLUSION: Analysis of the literature showed that there was insufficient evidence to answer our objective on the effect of anticoagulation on outcome in COVID-19 patients, especially due to the low scientific quality of the described studies. Association of physical activity trajectories with major cardiovascular diseases in elderly people
Conclusion Increasingly active trajectories of physical activity were associated with lower rates of cardiovascular diseases and overall mortality. Promoting at least 20 min/day of physical activity early in late life seems to provide the greatest cardiovascular benefits.

Transcatheter aortic valve implantation in bicuspid anatomy: procedural results with two different types of valves.
CONCLUSIONS: Postprocedural aortic regurgitation is still an issue in BAV undergone TAVI when: 1) the annulus is big; 2) when we are using self-expandable valves; and 3) in type 0 valves. Patients ’ Priorities for Oral Anticoagulation Therapy in Non-valvular Atrial Fibrillation: a Multi-criteria Decision Analysis
DiscussionAlthough the relative impact of convenience on therapy value is small, patients have different preferences for options within convenience criteria. Besides considerations on safety and effectiveness, physicians should also discuss attributes of convenience with patients, as it can be assumed that alignment to patient preferences in drug prescription and better patient education could result in higher adherence.
