People with aphasia and their family members proposing joint future activities in everyday conversations: A conversation analytic study
CONCLUSIONS & IMPLICATIONS: Mild aphasia appears not to impede PWAs' ability to participate in the planning of joint future activities, whereas severe aphasia is a potential limitation. Early statin use and cardiovascular outcomes after myocardial infarction: A population-based case-control study

Income and outcomes of patients with incident atrial fibrillation
Conclusions Personal annual income has a significant impact on the incidence of first-ever ischaemic stroke and overall mortality among patients with incident AF, particularly among patients of working age. Low-income indicate the need for intervention strategies to improve outcomes of AF. Trial registration number NCT04645537.

Finnish flow diverter study: 8 years of experience in the treatment of acutely ruptured intracranial aneurysms
Conclusions FD treatment yields high occlusion for acutely ruptured IAs but is associated with a high risk of complications. Considering the high mortality rate of aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage, the prevention of rebleeding is crucial. Thus, FD treatment may be justified as a last resort option.

Long-term outcomes of mechanical versus biological valve prosthesis in native mitral valve infective endocarditis

The use of mechanical mitral valve prosthesis is associated with lower long-term mortality compared to the biological prosthesis in non-elder native mitral valve infective endocarditis patients. Association of income and educational levels with adherence to direct oral anticoagulant therapy in patients with incident atrial fibrillation: A Finnish nationwide cohort study
In conclusion, we observed that income and ed ucational levels both have independent positive association on the implementation of DOAC therapy but no association on therapy persistence in patients with AF.
