Efficacy of Brazilian Propolis Supplementation for Japanese Lactating Women for Atopic Sensitization and Nonspecific Symptoms in Their Offspring: A Randomized, Double-Blind, Placebo-Controlled Trial.

Nutritional Heterogeneity Among Aspergillus fumigatus Strains Has Consequences for Virulence in a Strain- and Host-Dependent Manner
We examined the relationship between the metabolic processes of carbon catabolite repression (CCR), nitrogen catabolite repression (NCR) and virulence in a variety of A. fumigatus clinical isolates. A considerable amount of heterogeneity with respect to the degree of CCR and NCR was observed and a positive correlation between NCR and virulence in a neutropenic mouse model of pulmonary aspergillosis (PA) was found. Discussion The most common allergic foods are cow’s milk (most common), egg, peanut, tree nut, soy, wheat, fish and shellfish. Egg, milk, soy and wheat tend to occur in young children and these are more likely to be outgrown over time. Peanut, tree nut, shellfish, and fish occur at all ages and are less likely to be outgrown. Peanut and tree nut allergies also tend to be more severe than other foods.
