O-003 CLEVER: clinical evaluation of WEB 17 device in intracranial aneurysms. safety results for ruptured and unruptured aneurysm at 30 days
ConclusionThese results show good safety profile at 1 month, with low rate of neurological or neurovascular event with permanent deficit and no mortality at 30 days. These data confirm the safety of WEB use in intracranial aneurysm treatment, unruptured as well as ruptured, and are consistent with the results published up to date.Disclosures L. P-030 Mechanical thrombectomy in medium vessel occlusions using the novel aspiration MIVI Q catheters: an international multicenter experience
ConclusionsTreatment of MeVO patients with Q catheters resulted in optimal angiographic and clinical outcomes. Sleep and physical activity in relation to all-cause, cardiovascular disease and cancer mortality risk
Conclusion The detrimental associations of poor sleep with all-cause and cause-specific mortality risks are exacerbated by low PA, suggesting likely synergistic effects. Our study supports the need to target both behaviours in research and clinical practice.

Two-year outcomes of UK patients newly diagnosed with atrial fibrillation: findings from the prospective observational cohort study GARFIELD-AF
CONCLUSION: The data support a benefit of anticoagulation in reducing stroke and death, without an increased risk of a major bleed in patients with new-onset AF. Associations of Dietary Intakes of Vitamins B1 and B3 with Risk of Mortality from Cardiovascular Disease among Japanese Men and Women: the Japan Collaborative Cohort Study

Managing uncertainty: Physicians' decision-making for stroke prevention for patients with atrial fibrillation and intracerebral haemorrhage
Conclusion Physicians described the process of deciding on stroke prevention in patients with AF post-ICH as 'challenging' due to considerable 'clinical equipoise'. Key factors that affected decision-making was patient comorbidities, functional status, and patient willingness to engage with oral anticoagulation therapy.
