Clinical significance of obstructive sleep apnea in patients with acute coronary syndrome with or without prior stroke: a prospective cohort study
ConclusionsAmong ACS patients, the presence of OSA was associated with an increased risk of cardiovascular events in patients with prior stroke. Systematic Review of Existing Stroke Guidelines: Case for a Change
CONCLUSIONS: This systematic review has identified a significant evidence-practice gap in all existing national stroke guidelines published in English medium as of October 2020. These guidelines included the only current "living stroke guidelines," stroke guidelines from Australia with a real opportunity to modernize the living stroke guidelines with systems biology approach, and provide 2020 vision towards better stroke care globally. Preliminary validity and reliability of a Thai Berlin questionnaire in stroke patients
Conclusions: The Thai BQ is a valid and reliable tool to screen for OSA in stroke patients. As factor analysis revealed 4 factors in contrast to the 3 factors in the original BQ, further modification of the Thai BQ is required.
