Dyslipidemia Increases the Risk of Incident Hypertension in a Large Taiwanese Population Follow-Up Study
In this study, we investigated correlations between lipid profiles, including triglycerides, total cholesterol (Chol), high-and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C/LDL-C), and Chol/HDL-C, and baseline and incident hypertension. A total of 26,965 subjects with 4 years of follow-up data were enrolled from the Taiwan Biobank. Efficacy and Safety of High-intensity Statins in Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction: An Asian Perspective

Statin adherence and persistence on secondary prevention of cardiovascular disease in Taiwan
Conclusions Good adherence and persistence to statin therapy are significantly associated with lower risk of secondary ASCVD rehospitalisation and in-hospital death.

Low Cholesterol Levels Increase Symptomatic Intracranial Hemorrhage Rates After Intravenous Thrombolysis: A Multicenter Cohort Validation Study.
CONCLUSIONS: This study supports the strong association between reduced LDL-C and increased SICH, but not for functional outcomes in patients with acute ischemic stroke treated with intravenous thrombolysis.
