CCR10+ ILC2s with ILC1 ‐like properties exhibit a protective function in severe allergic asthma
ConclusionsFrequencies of circulating CCR10+ ILC2s and CCL27 plasma concentrations represent candidate markers of asthma severity. The characterization of CCR10+ ILC2s in human samples and in mouse asthma models suggests that these cells downregulate allergic inflammation through IFN ‐γ production. This article is protected by copyright. RAGE ‐dependent VCAM‐1 expression in the lung endothelium mediates IL‐33‐induced allergic airway inflammation
ConclusionThis study demonstrates that allergen ‐ and cytokine‐induced VCAM‐1 expression is RAGE‐dependent and contributes to lung ILC2 accumulation and downstream eosinophilic inflammation, mucus metaplasia, and type 2 inflammatory responses.

The protective effect of cheese consumption at 18  months on allergic diseases in the first 6 years
ConclusionAlthough reverse causality cannot totally be ruled out, cheese diversity at 18  months had a protective effect against AD and FA at 6 years in addition to the protective effect of diversity of other foods.

Prostaglandin E2 decrease in induced sputum of hypersensitive asthmatics during oral challenge with aspirin
ConclusionsAspirin ‐precipitated bronchoconstriction is associated with a decrease in airway PGE2 biosynthesis. These results support the mechanism of PGE2 biosynthesis inhibition as a trigger for bronchoconstriction in NERD.This article is protected by copyright. All rights reserved.

Chitinase 3 ‐like 1 protein plays a critical role in RSV‐induced airway inflammation
ConclusionsThese findings suggest that CHI3L1 could contribute to airway inflammation induced by RSV infection. CHI3L1 could be a potential therapeutic candidate for attenuating Th2 ‐associated immunopathology during RSV infection. This article is protected by copyright. All rights reserved.
