Volpara Health Enters Agreement to be Acquired by Lunit, Inc.
Volpara Health Technologies (Volpara), a global leader in software for the early detection of breast cancer, is pleased to announce it has entered into an agreement to be acquired by Lunit Inc. Under the terms of the agreement, Lunit would acquire all shares of Volpara stock for A$1.15 per share in cash, representing a 47.4% premium to the Company’s closing stock price on December 13, 2023.
