S-ketamine
Anyone use it in the OR? Frankly uncertain if it's approved for clinical use in the US,but we've had it for at least a few years under the Ketanest brand name. Pfizer claims it has less psychotropic effects than the old ketamine.
I have a few thoughts from OR, prehospital and ED settings, but wanted to hear your thoughts on the subject. (Source: Student Doctor Network)

RXM position
I work at a major chain. They are asking me to be RXM at a slow store (promoting from staff at another store). This store is closer to home. Understaffed. only 1 tech, who is about to quit, non immunizer. This store has a lot of pfizer booster shots. Should I take it? Every evening, they get flooded with covid booster appointments.
Its a low volume store, no drive thru

Which retail pharmacy offers the least covid services?
Looking for real numbers from current retail pharmacists. How many covid shots (which manufacturer) and how many covid tests (which type) per hour and where you work.
On the corner corporate allows 9 PCR tests and 6 vaccinations (Pfizer only) to be scheduled every hour. Testing runs 9 hours a day and vaccine appointments run open to close. (Source: Student Doctor Network)
