Brucellosis Masquerading as Disseminated Tuberculosis: A Clinical Case Report

The index patient presented with prolonged fever and headache. Examination revealed hepatosplenomegaly, and investigations revealed transaminitis with bicytopenia with serological evidence positive for Brucella.
