The link between planning and doing: Daily-level associations between college students’ plans for and use of alcohol-related protective behavioral strategies.
Conclusions: Findings indicated that college students do plan to use PBS ahead of drinking occasions, and when students had stronger than usual plans for PBS, they tended to follow through on their plans. It may be beneficial to enhance students’ PBS plans in interventions by addressing potential barriers to PBS. Affect and subjective cognitive functioning by depression symptom levels during naturalistic cigarette smoking in premenopausal females who smoke daily.
This study aimed to assess relations between depression symptom levels and negative affect, positive affect, and subjective cognitive functioning in premenopausal females who smoke. Conclusions: This study adds to the literature by providing a nuanced and contextual account of how cannabis-alcohol co-use may lead to assault vulnerability in young adult women. Validity and reliability of the short version of the Problematic Pornography Consumption Scale (PPCS-6-A) in adolescents.
Conclusions: The PPCS-6-A can be considered a short, reliable, and valid scale to assess PPU in adolescents, and may distinguish between low-risk and at-risk problematic users.
