The authors provide evidence of bacterial transmission and endogenous infection during routine care by integrating genomic and epidemiological data and by determining a genetic cutoff informed by within-host diversity in the studied population. The U.S Patent and Trademark Office has issued U.S. Patent No 10,759,830 to TriAltus Bioscience for its CLīM affinity tag system, which delivers proteins with ultra-high purity and yield in one step.
