Persistent Pancytopenia as a Long-COVID Manifestation in a Patient with Adult-Onset Still's Disease: A Case Report
Conclusions: Neither AOSD nor SARS-CoV-2 infection usually manifests with pancytopenia, except in hemophagocytic syndrome or immunodeficient patients, respectively.
