Should I explain some transcript peculiarities in secondaries?
I posted before about taking a more difficult intro to physics sequence that was mandatory Pass Fail at my school, and people said that that would be okay, but now I'm working on secondaries and wondering if I should explain it and other things about my transcript that may be a little weird to people not at my school.
Context: I'm a traditional applicant at a pretty well-known school.

Mandatory Pass/Fail Pre-requisites
I go to a school where pass/fail is a very common and encouraged option, and where mandatory pass fail courses are common (Gen chem 1, which most students place out of, is mandatory pass/fail). The pre-health advisor here has said that it shouldn't be a problem, and I recall seeing a post by LizzyM referencing how my school sends out a sheet with information on the different pre-requisite tracks, but I'm still a little worried about schools in general would consider these courses.
