Salvat Laboratories announces submission of New Drug Application to the U.S. FDA for Clobetasol Nanoemulsion for treating inflammation and pain after ocular surgery
Salvat Laboratories announced that it has submitted a New Drug Application (NDA) to the FDA for the approval of the first ocular corticosteroid formulated in a nanoemulsion for inflammation and pain in post-ocular surgery patients.

A biodegradable drug-delivery patch met the primary and multiple secondary endpoints in a phase 2b study in patients with oral lichen planus (OLP), a chronic inflammatory condition characterized by lesions and ulcers inside the mouth.

Teligent Inc., a New Jersey-based specialty generic pharmaceutical company, announced Thursday it has received approval for its abbreviated new drug application (ANDA) from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
