The effect of contrast agents on the anticoagulant properties of oral factor Xa inhibitors
CONCLUSION: The anticoagulant properties of rivaroxaban and edoxaban tended to increase significantly, but there was no statistically significant difference in the anticoagulant properties of apixaban after the administration of contrast agent. To determine whether the small laboratory difference has a clinical effect, there is a need for larger clinical trials (NCT04611386).PMID:35296141 | DOI:10.1177/02841851221081474
