Richter's Hernia: Incarcerated Bowel Hernia at 5 mm Port Site

A 46-year-old woman, gravida 3 para 0, cesarean delivery  = 3, underwent a total laparoscopic hysterectomy (TLH) for complex endometrial hyperplasia. Six days after the discharge, she was re-admitted with nausea, vomiting, fever, and a sharp left lower abdominal pain.
