Optic Disc Cupping Due to Dolichoectatic Internal Carotid Artery Optic Nerve Compression

Conclusions: Significant compression of the optic nerve by a normal, tortuous, or dolichoectatic ICA may result in an optic neuropathy with optic disc cupping that resembles glaucoma.
