Imaging of the Post Treatment Head and Neck

I am convinced from my 25+ years of practice that one of the main reasons many radiologists choose not to take vacation is because their partners, who loathe interpreting posttreatment neck studies, would “save” these studies as punishment for the vacationing radiologist! I am certainly in the minority of those who enjoy interpreting the posttreatment neck. I have always found these studies challenging and fun, albeit some of you may have a different definition of “fun.”
