Pattern of Recurrence After Stereotactic Radiotherapy in Prostate Cancer Patients With Nodal Pelvic Relapse. A Multi-Institutional Retrospective Analysis

CONCLUSION: Nodal SBRT yielded encouraging DFS and ADT-free survival in this population. Only a minority of patients developed prostate bed recurrence, suggesting that local treatment may be safely avoided.
