Diagnosis of Endometriosis at Laparoscopy: A Validation Study Comparing Surgeon Visualization with Histologic Findings

CONCLUSION: Although laparoscopic visualization had relatively high sensitivity and positive predictive value, its specificity and negative predictive value were relatively low.
