Because of PRM's mandate to provide protection, assistance, and sustainable solutions for refugees and victims of conflict, PRM will consider funding only those projects that include a target beneficiary base of at least 50 percent refugees. Country-specific Provisions: (a) Chad: Proposals must focus on Sudanese refugees in the 14 camps in eastern Chad and/or Central African refugees in the five camps or UNHCR-designated host communities in southern Chad.
