Prognostic of Core Binding Factor (CBF) Acute Myeloid Leukemia with Complex Karyotype.

CBF AML with recurrent genetic abnormalities inv(16)(p13.1q22) or t(16;16)(p13.1;q22)/ CBFB-MYH11 are usually prognostically favorable but heterogeneous group and additional abnormalities change their prognosis.
