Menarche age exceed 17  years and menopausal age smaller than 48 years may affect prevalence of osteoporosis for Chinese women

ConclusionsIn China, ages at menarche and menopause are associated with prevalence of osteoporosis. Later, menarche and earlier menopause are associated with higher osteoporosis risk. Menarche and menopause history may help identify women with increased risk of developing osteoporosis.
