Biofunctional studies of new 2-methoxyphenylpiperazine xanthone derivatives with α1-adrenolytic properties.

CONCLUSIONS: The results of the present study support the idea that the hypotensive activity of the studied compounds is related to their α1-adrenolytic properties.
